Thank you for your online purchase with The OOPS! Co. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund to the credit card account charged on new and unused items within 30 days of the original ship date.
Returning or exchanging online purchases in-store is the quickest way to receive a refund or store credit. Simply bring the item and your order invoice to any of our 5 locations across South Carolina. If you'd rather return the item by mail, please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip to our home office address:
If you choose to return the item by mail please give us a call or send an email so we can get start the return process as quickly as possible. Please note that we will not issue a return label. We will send you an email confirmation that the item has been received and the refund has been issued. We do not accept returns on jewelry.
Returns received in new, unused, and unworn condition with the tags, after 30 days, but with a year of purchase, will receive a store credit for the full amount of purchase. The store credit will never expire.
